Shift and Sustain: Designed for individuals who crave closer support, detailed accountability, and personalised guidance. It's about taking consistent action, not just having the right tools.
Why Is This Program Different From Others?
Shift and Sustain's goal is to support clients that start their weight loss journey but quit after 5 days, lose weight, gain it back and they just cannot be consistent.
For people that struggle with consistency, they need accountability, challenges, incentives and coaching to continuously take action.
They cannot hold themselves accountable.
They need that external motivation and focus.
That's where I come in with Shift and Sustain.
This is a high energy small group coaching program where the goal is action. Action creates results.
Are All The Tools New?
If you are not a WLA member then yes. If you are a WLA member then of course the principals stay the same. We will have a weekly fat loss guide but this guide will be created using recipes from our WLA library and ebooks, you may have access to some of these recipes already and you may not.
However the guide itself is new and will be built slightly differently.
Shift and sustain is for busy women, so each daily meal guide will have multiple options, whether you want to cook at home, grab lunch at work or make a dinner that requires no prep.
It's a pick and choose format, if you need simplicity or feel overwhelmed with lots of info this would suit you well.
Something that is key to clarify, Shift and Sustain includes tools but if you are currently not at your goal, it's probably not because you don’t have the right tools. It's that you are not implementing the tools. You need to take action more than anything else and that's our primary goal for the program.
How Long Is The Program?
12 weeks, however you can start whenever you like and continue as long as you want to with the coaching. As it's a flexible plan.
